Total cell fluorescent dye for determining total cell number by labeling cell nuclei (Excitation max. = 361 nm, Emission max. = 486 nm).
Viable cell fluorescent dye for determining viable cells based on metabolic activity (Excitation max. = 490 nm, Emission max. = 515 nm).
Dead cell fluorescent dye for determining the number of dead cells based on cell permeability (Excitation max. = 535 nm, Emission max. = 617 nm).
